Lentil Soup
1 bag lentils, soaked over night
2 stalks celery
1 to 2 c. diced cooked ham or pork roast
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp thyme
1 diced onion
water to cover
1/2 c chopped parsley
Boil lentils until soft. Add celery and onion. Add ham and thyme.
Add salt, pepper and parsley.
