Print this Recipe    Norweigan Fruit Soup

1# assorted dried fruit
8 cups water
1 cup sugar
2 sticks cinnamon
1# pearl tapioca( large not the ground)
1 large can dark sweet cherries
2 cups grape juice

Wash dried fruit and place in saucepan with water , sugar and tapioca.
Cook until tapioca is transparent. Add cinnamon, cherries and grape
juice. Simmer slowly for 30 minutes. Set aside to cool. Serve luke warm or chilled. Serves 8-12.
