TURKISH ORZO SOUP

Ingredients
10 cups of beef broth
2 diced tomates
1/4 lbs of orzo
1 cup finely chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Bring beef broth to a boil, add orzo. When the orzo is nearly done, add
diced tomatoes, salt and pepper. When the orzo is fully done, serve
with chopped parsley on top.
