Gulf Coast Oyster Stew
Yield: 6 Servings
1 pt oysters
4 tb butter
1 qt milk
1 1/2 ts salt
1/8 ts white pepper
paprika
Melt butter, add drained oyster; cook 3 minutes or until edges
curl. Add milk, salt and pepper; bring almost to boiling point.
Serve at once. Garnish with paprika.
