Pasta Fazule
1 lg can chicken broth
2 lbs ground chuck
2 lg cans diced tomatoes (Delmonte's basil garlic & oregano prefered)
2 lg cans red kidney beans
small round pasta "Dintali"
oregano to taste
basil to taste
salt to taste
sugar to taste
Start by combining chicken broth, beans, and tomatoes in a large
pot and bring to a boil. Brown meat in a skillet and drain fat,
then add to broth and tomatoe base. Season to taste and boil
covered for 1/2 hour. Cook pasta seperately (al dente) and all to
large pot at the end of cooking.
