Quick Potato Soup
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 cup mashed potatoes
1/4 tsp celery salt
1 2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup boiling water
1/4 tsp onion salt
1 Tbsp butter
Combine ingredients as listed. Heat thoroughly and serve hot.
Makes 4 cups. Variation: Chill soup and garnish with chives for
vichyssoise.
