Potato Herb Soup

10 large potatoes
3 stalks green onions
1/8 cup dry onions
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup flour
1 cup water
1 tsp oregano
salt and pepper

Cut potatoes into bite sized pieces. Add into a pot, with about
a quart of water to cover potatoes. Add green onions and the other
herbs. Cook for 40 minutes till potatoes are soft. Keep water in
the pan, add can of milk. Mix water and flour. It should look
like pancake batter. Add to the boiling soup, mix till thick.
