Country Potato Soup

4 peeled poatoes, cut lengthwise into quarters, then thinly sliced (4 cups)
1 cup thinly sliced onions
1 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups water
2 cups milk
1/4 cup chopped parsley

Place potatoes in a large suacepan and add onions, salts, pepper
and water. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until
vegetables are tender.

Add milk and parsley. Cover and simmer 10 minutes longer. Season
to taste.

Sprinkle each serving with 1 tablespoon shredded aged cheddar
cheese.
