Super-Rich Shrimp and 'Shroom Soup

1/2 lb peeled raw shrimp
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
1/4 C soy sauce
1/2 C sesame teriyaki marinade
3 green onions
3 garlic cloves
ginger root
shot of rum
1/4 stick butter
1/4 C oil

Slice mushrooms, green onions, garlic and ginger. Combine all of
the ingredients (except butter and oil) in a bowl and marinate for
30 minutes. Heat in a small wok the oil and butter until the butter
is melted and mixture is hot. Add all of the contents of the bowl
and stir until oil/butter is absorbed with other liquids. Simmer
till first boil, then serve.

Can also serve over rice as a meal.
