Taco Soup
1 Lb. ground beef
1 taco seasoning package
1 can corn
1 can kidney beans
salsa
sour cream
cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips
Brown ground beef till done. Add taco seasoning. (follow directions
on the package) Then, in a med. size pot, add beef, can of corn
(do not drain it), kidney beans ( do not drain this either.) Add
salsa to taste. Stir and cook until heated up. After you dish it
into bowls add sour cream and cheddar cheese individually to taste.
Then crumble tortilla chips on top.
