Taco Soup
2 lbs ground meat
1 lg onion
1 can Mexican corn
2 cans stewed tomatoes
2 cans pinto beans with jalapeno peppers
1 can green chilies
1 can white hominy
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 pkg Ranch dressing
2 cans water
1 can Rotel tomatoes
Cut up onion and put into pot with ground meat. Cook until meat
is brown, then drain out the juice from the pot.
Cook for several hours. Use more or less liquids for thinner/thicker
soup.
