Dutch Tomato Soup
1 liter tomato-juice
1 pot/can chicken-meat in bouillon - about half 1 liter
1 tbs sambal (velvet) hot sambal sauce
1 little pot apple-sauce about 1/4 liter
Mix all ingredients in a pan. Stir gently while heating (apple-sauce
will sink otherwise, and burn, therefor stirring is necessary.
This is the basic. you can add whatever you like, little meatballs,
rice, parsley, chopped leek, so you can make a mealsoup, served
with French stick (loaf).
