Tortellini Basil Soup

3 10 1/2 oz cans vegetable broth
9 oz pkg cheese tortellini, uncooked
15 oz can cannellini or navy beans, drained
1 large tomato, chopped
1/2 cup fresh basil, shredded
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
fresh basil sprigs for garnish

Bring broth to a boil in a large Dutch oven. Add tortellini and
cook 6 min utes or until tender. Stir in beans and tomato. Reduce
heat and simmer 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Remove from heat; stir in basil and vinegar. Sprinkle each serving
with cheese and pepper. Garnish with basil sprigs, if desired.
