YOGURT GORBASI (Yoghurt Soup)
For 6 Persons

2 cups water
1/2 cup rice
chicken broth
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup yoghurt
2 egg yolks
minced mint
1/2 cup olive oil
salt

Boil rice, water and broth together. Mix flour, yoghurt and egg
yolks in a bowl. Strain into another bowl. Add this liquid slowly
into the boiled rice and cook for 10 minutes. Add minced mint into
heated oil. Pour this mixture into the soup. Season to taste.
