Ensaladilla Rusa (Spanish "Russian salad" tapas) potatoes carrots canned tuna peas salt Boil potatoes and carrots separately until done, let them cool down and cut them in to small cubes. Make a thick Mayonnaise (or if not use a commercial one) and mix in all the ingredients. You can serve it in small dishes or over a slice of French bread. Other ingredients can be added such as pieces of prawns or small cubes of apple.
