SALAD DRESSING FOR CUCUMBER (Spain)
1 clove garlic peeled
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
6 tablespoons olive oil
In a food processor or blender, Mix the dressing ingredients and
blend until smooth. Reserve. Pour dressing over and mix well with:
8 cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
2 medium cucumbers, peeled and cut into rounds
1 large green bell pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
