Herbed Anchovy Dressing Spain
1 small onion, minced 1 garlic clove, minced 1/4 teaspoon basil 1/4 teaspoon thyme 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon tomato catsup 1/4 teaspoon oregano 1 can anchovy fillets, with oil 1/3 cup wine vinegar pepper to taste Combine onion, garlic, herbs, and anchovies. Mash to paste. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until well blended. Serve on green salad. Yield 1 1/2 cups
