Berry Sangria (serves 4) 3 cups red wine juice of 2 limes juice of 2 lemons 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup brandy 1 cup raspberries, blackberries or dewberries 2 ripe peaches, sliced 12 oz sparkling water Mix wine, juices, sugar, and brandy in a large pitcher until sugar is dissolved. Add berries. Chill for at least 2 hours.
About 1 hour before serving, add the peaches. Add water just before serving.
Garnish with additional fresh fruit, such as cherries, citrus slices or peaches. Serve with lots of ice.
