Low-Fat Citrus Bars

vegetable spray
2 cups. finely crushed lowfat graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. butter buds
2 8-oz pkgs fat-free cream cheese
14 oz. can fat-free or lowfat sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
4 egg whites
1 tsp. grated orange rind

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9-inch baking pan with
cooking spray. Combine crumbs and margarine, press firmly on bottom
of prepared pan. In a large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in condensed milk. Add juice concentrate, egg whites
and rind, mix well. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 25 minutes
or until center is set. Cool. Chill; garnish with fresh fruit, if
desired. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 24 to 36 bars.
