Print this Recipe    Dijon Sauce

Low-Fat Dijon Sauce

1 cup lite evaporated milk
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
2 Tablespoons butter buds
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
2 Tablespoons creamy Dijon mustard

In nonstick skillet over medium heat, combine milk and cornstarch.
Use wire whisk to mix until smooth. Add butter buds and pepper,
stirring constantly Bring to boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat
and stir in mustard. For thicker sauce, add more cornstarch. Serve
hot over chicken or fish. Makes 1 cup.
