GLUTEN FREE FLOUR MIX
4 c brown rice flour
l 1/2 c sweet rice flour also called glutinous rice flour
1 c rice polish (by Ener-g food)
1 c tapioca starch flour
1 T guar gum
Combine.
Can be substituted to about any non GF recipe. Some add 1 1/2 tsp
unflavored gelatin and and 1/4 tsp ascorbic acid. Also is excellent
for sauces, or any use of non GF recipe.
