FRUIT & NUT DROPS
wheat free

2 cup dark figs and 2 cups light figs
or 2 cups dates and 2 cups light figs
or 1 cup dried peaches and 1 cup dried apricots
or 1 1/2 cup dates and 1/2 cup dried pineapple

2 cups rolled oats
1 3/4 cups coconut or sesame seeds or pecan meal
1/2 cup sunflower seeds

Homogenize the fruit in a blender, through a champion juicer, or
food processor. Then add the next three ingredients. Mix well.
Drop 2 Tablespoons of dough onto a greased cookie sheet and form
into mounds. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 15 minutes.

Note: These cookies can also be served raw if you want. Just stick
them in the refrigerator to firm up instead of baking them.
