Nutrition Bar

3 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups powdered non fat milk
1 cup sugar free or reduced calorie fructose sweetened pancake syrup
2 egg whites
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c. natural applesauce
4 scoops chocolate whey protein powder

Mix all the dry ingredients thoroughly and then add the wet items
and blend well. They will have the consistency of cookie dough.
Spread on cooking sheet coated with non-stick spray. Bake at 325F
until edges are crisp and browned. Be careful, since the protein
is chocolate . flavored it is easy to over brown the bars. Cut
the resulting sheet into 10 pieces.
