Snowball Cake

Snow Ball Cake
4 envelopes Dream Whip powdered whipped cream substitute
20 oz can crushed pineapple
2 envelopes plain gelatin (Knox)
1 large angel food cake
4 Tbsp cold water
1 cup boiling water
1 cup coconut
1 pkg Sweet and Low
juice of one lemon
Soften gelatin in cold water, add Sweet and Low, lemon juice,
pineapple and boiling water. Chill until mixture begins to firm.
Whip Dream Whip, according to box directions, fold in one half of
Dream Whip into the gelatin mixture. Lightly grease 9x13 glass
baking dish. Break cake into small bits and fold into mixture.
Spread in baking dish and top w/remaining Dream Whip. Cover
w/coconut and let set in refrigerator overnight.
