Fat-free Spinach Dip
Serves 8
1 10-oz. pkg. frozen spinach
1 pkg Knorr Swiss Vegetable Soup & Recipe mix
1 1/2 cups fat free sour cream
1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
3 green onions, chopped
Thaw spinach and squeeze out extra water. Stir together all
ingredients. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
