Tuna Roll-ups

6 oz can solid white tuna in water, drained and flaked
1/3 cup diced celery
2 tablespoons reduced calorie salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip Light)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dried dillweed
8 slices whole-wheat bread (3/4 oz.)

Combine tuna and celery in a bowl; toss gently. Combine salad
dressing, lemon juice, and dillweed, stirring well. Add dressing
mixture to tuna mixture; toss gently.

Trim crusts from bread; flatten each slice of bread to 1/8 inch
thickness using a rolling pin. Spread 2 tablespoons tuna mixture
evenly over each slice. Roll up; wrap in plastic wrap.
