Bologna Soup 1 ring bologna, chopped 4 c. water 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped carrots 1 onion, chopped 2 medium potatoes, diced 1 cup chopped cabbage 2 green peppers, chopped 1 cup canned or fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped Cook bologna in water for 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for an additional 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
