Great Way to Eat Healthy, January 8, 2005 - 02:47 AM

Liver is good for you and this is a great way to eat it. I omitted the celery \'cause it\'s not high on my list... Prep. is easy and cooking is quick. Great sweet/sour taste to sauce. Liver stays crumbly, not rubbery. Certain to be made again!
