Fried Chicken Livers

1 Lb chicken livers
2 onions
butter
bacon
mashed potatioes

Wash and drain one pound of chicken livers. Cut with poultry shears
into julienne shaped pieces. Peel and slice thinly two onions,
break the slices into rings. Saute the onions in butter or margarine
until soft and golden, then add the chicken livers and stir together
until the liver looks cooked through (not long). Serve with bacon
and mashed potatoes.
