Fried Chicken Livers
1 pound chicken livers
1 cup flour, all purpose 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk 1 beaten egg
Mix milk and egg; set aside. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl. Add seasoning (I use Tony Cachere's Creole Seasoning) to flour mixture. Soak liver in milk and egg. Drain. Shake in flour mixture. Fry in hot oil.
