Fried Chicken Livers

1 lb. chicken livers
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 beaten egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Mix milk and egg; set aside. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl.
Add seasoning (I use Tony Cachere's Creole Seasoning) to flour
mixture. Soak liver in milk and egg. Drain. Shake in flour
mixture. Fry in hot oil.
