Skewer the hot dog of your choice (popsicle sticks work fine) dip in the corn bread mix and deep fry. You can adjust the cling of the batter to the dog with more or less flour. It is sure a money saver for corndog fans and tastes just as good if not better than store bought. They were fun to make and are good for making a quantity and freezing, just put in oven or microwave for a good easy snack. I am very pleased with this recipe, I'm glad I found it and I added to my recipe book!
