Grilled Venison

6 to 8 lb deer shoulder or ham
1 T salt
2 T black pepper
1 T garlic powder
5-6 slices bacon

Trim all fat from venison. Rub spices into meat and wrap bacon
around it. Place in fridge or cooler overnight. Cook on gas or
charcoal grill over low heat for 2-3 hrs.
