Balsamic Glazed Venison
single double 2T balsamic vinegar 1/4c. 2T olive oil 1/4c. 1T ketchup 2T 1 1/2t Worcestershire sauce 1T 1/2t salt 1t 1/2t fresh ground pepper 1t Mix glaze and apply to both sides of meat. Let sit 10 minutes before grilling.
