Ostrich and Cheese Dip
Serves 10
1 lb ground ostrich
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 lb Velveeta cheese
6 oz chopped green chilies
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Brown meat and onions together. Add remaining ingredients. Continue
heating over low heat stirring constantly until the cheese is
completely melted. Serve warm.
