Rabbit Shish-Ka-Bobs

Loin and hind quarters of 3 rabbits, boned and chunked.
2/3 C. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz bottle Italian dressing
8 oz jar mint jelly
12 cherry tomatoes
12 mushrooms
1 bell pepper cut into 12 pieces

Marinate meat for at least 3 hrs in Italian dressing. Alternate
vegetables on skewers. Remove meat and place on skewers. Combine
dressing marinade with Worcestershire and jelly in a sauce pan.
Heat until it reaches the simmer stage, and continue to simmer for
5 mins. Use this as a basting sauce.

Grill ka-bobs over slow coals for ~20 mins. or until they reach
the desired doneness, basting often. Reheat remaining sauce and
serve with ka-bobs if desired. Of course you can use any other
veggies you prefer, and I think I would add some wood chips to the
coals for an added touch of flavor.
