Teriyaki Venison Appetizer

Venison, thinly sliced
1 tsp. consomme or beef broth
Teriyaki sauce
Lawrey's Seasoning Salt
Seasoned pepper
Thinly sliced party bread

Any cut of venison can be used if sliced very thin (1/4-inch maximum)
across the grain. Lay slices in a glass baking dish. Add beef
consomme, a light sprinkling of seasoned salt and pepper. Cover
with Saran wrap and microwave for 1 minute. Sprinkle with Teriyaki
sauce and serve on party bread.
