Venison Meatloaf 03

Venison Meatloaf about 1 1/2 pounds ground venison Worcestershire sauce diced onion 1 egg, beaten bread crumbs salt and pepper to taste 2-3 Tbsp flour garlic powder fresh minced parsley Catsup
Mix well and shape into a loaf. Bake in a loaf pan at 350F for 1 hour. Remove from oven and coat top of loaf with catsup. Return to oven and bake about 30-45 minutes longer.
