Venison Steak 02

Venison Swiss Steak
3 lb steak
3 onions or 1 pkg onion soup mix
2 teaspooons herbs
2 bay leaves
salt and pepper
1 cup dry red wine
2 tomatoes chopped or 8 oz tomatoe sauce
1/2 lb mushrooms sliced and browned (optional)
Flour meat and brown. Put all ingredients in glass dutch oven and
bake until tender. Serve with rice.
