Venison Stirfry

Venison Stir Fry Serves 3-4 people
1 lb venison, cut into cubes 2 medium to large bell peppers sliced 1 large vidala or white onion sliced Worcestershire sauce Italian dressing pole beans, sliced (optional) 1 tablepoon vegetable oil
Mix 1/4 bottle Italian dressing and 1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce together in a medium bowl. Add meat tenderizer in if you prefer. Marinate the meat in the mixture for at least one hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
In a non-stick skillet pour a tablespoon of oil and heat at medium high. Add the meat with the marinade and cook 10-15 minutes or until browned on all sides. Add the bell peppers, onions, and a few sprinkles of Worcestershire sauce on the vegetables. Reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally until the vegetables are tender.
Remove from heat and serve over rice.
