Spicy Korean Venision

3 lbs meat, sliced as thinly as possible
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup hot water
4 tsp sugar
1/4 cup vermouth or sake
1 tsp hot oil
1 tsp red pepper
1/3 tsp white pepper
4 stalks scallions, chopped thin
8-10 cloves garlic, crushed or chopped

Marinate in warm part of refrigerator 2-3 days. Broil or grill.
Serve with two six-packs beer and optional dip sauce, or we use
sour cream for dipping.

If it is too much sesame for your taste, halve the amount of sesame
oil, and use cooking oil in its place.


Dipping Sauce

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sesame oil
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/8 cup sake or Vermouth
1/8 cup hot water
1 tsp red pepper
2 stalks scallions, chopped thin
2 cloves garlic, chopped thin

Combine.
