LEFTOVER VENISON BREAKFAST

leftover steak or roast cut into bite-size pieces
onions or small green onions
butter
a little hot black coffee
salt and pepper to taste
a little flour
hot biscuits

Refrigerate leftover steak or roast. In the morning, cut into
bite-size pieces. Chop some onions (if you have some small green
onions, use the tops also). Melt some butter in a frying pan and
saute the onion until tender. Add the diced venison and stir for
a few minutes. Add a little hot black coffee and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle in a little
flour very, very slowly, stirring constantly, until you get gravy
the way you like it. Add more coffee if necessary. Serve over hot
biscuits.
