SEARCH RECIPES: LOCATION: Recipes >> Vegetables >> Broccoli Mushrooms    Broccoli Mushrooms Broccoli With Basil Mushrooms 11 ozs. frozen broccoli spears 3 Tbsp vegetable stock 1 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped 3 oz. jar whole mushrooms, drained Cook broccoli spears as directed on package. Drain well. Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in basil and mushrooms. Cook and stir until thoroughly heated. Spoon over broccoli. Makes 4 servings. A bit confusing. Please enlighten me. (I sprinkled cheddar cheese over all to add some flavor.)
