Brussell Sprouts (Vegetarian)

1 cup cooked basmati rice
1 cup lightly steamed sprouts
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp coriander
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teasp black pepper
1/4 teasp cinnamon
1/4 teasp cayenne pepper
1/4 teasp white pepper
pinch kosher salt
4 oz. tomato paste
4 oz. plain yogurt
Fresh cilantro

Mix tomato paste and yogurt; add onion. Fold in spices over low
heat. Add rice and sprouts. Stir. Garnish with cilantro to taste.
