Carrots with Fresh Dill

1 1/2 pounds carrot, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
2 tablespoons butter

In a saucepan bring carrots to the boil with the water, sugar,
butter and salt. Cover and boil slowly to 30 to 40 minutes or until
the carrots are tender and the liquid has evaporated.

Just before serving toss the carrots with the additional butter
and dill.
