Golden Corn And Broccoli
1 bunch broccoli, cut up
1 cup water
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 cup canned corn
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup milk
In a 3 quart saucepan, combine the broccoli and water. Over high
heat, heat to boiling. Reduce the heat to low. cover and cook 8
minutes or until the broccoli is crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
Drain in a colander. In the same saucepan, combine the soup,
cheese, milk, and pepper. Return the broccoli to the saucepan. Over
medium heat, heat through, stirring occasionally. Transfer the
broccoli to a warm platter, spoon over the sauce and serve.
