SOUTHERN CORN PUDDING
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
4 Tbsp flour
1 stick melted margarine
2 cans creamed corn
1 cup milk
Preheat oven to 375.
Beat eggs well. Add sugar and flour. Blend in melted margarine
and corn. Add milk. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 375 for
45-60 minutes until firm. Yield: 8 - 12 servings.
