Corn Custard

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
2 cups whole kernel corn

Cream butter, flour, sugar and salt together. Beat the eggs and
milk together.

Add milk mixture to the flour mixture. Stir in the corn. Pour
into 2-quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for
about 40 minutes or until knife inserted deep into middle comes
out clean.
