Mashed Potatoes With Garlic and Cheese
mashed potatoes
3 Tbsp. butter
2 cloves, garlic, minced or pressed
3 Tbsp. Parmesan or Romano Cheese, grated
Saute garlic in the butter for 2 or 3 minutes; add to warm mashed
potatoes with the cheese and mix. Warm potatoes further in oven or
microwave and serve.
