Garlic Potatoes

2 to 4 medium potatoes thinly sliced 1/16"
1/4 lb. of butter (or margarine)
ground pepper
garlic powder
salt to taste

Melt butter. Coat the bottom and sides of an oven proof dish (i.e.,
Corningware). Place one layer of potatoes on bottom. Brush butter,
sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper. Add another layer of
potatoes, butter & seasonings.

Sprinkle salt at the conclusion of using up all the potatoes. The
easy way to do this is to put the butter in the dish, add garlic
powder, black pepper & salt to taste. Invert the dish and back.
Bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes.
